Walking makes me happy. Period. Hence, the Walkabout Mag! We put the happiness into our daily lives. Movement and exercise in general are a big part of happiness (whether you believe that at first glance or not).
Also a good thing that we feel raises our happiness quotient is healthy eating. I really want to get some good articles out here for you on that subject!
